JustHelpCentre operates solely as a digital enablement platform for independent citizen assistance kiosks, common service centers (CSC), and e-Mitra operators. Our platform provides software tools for image compression, file validation, video KYC verification, and workflow management.
2No Guarantee of Government Approvals
Submission of an application through JustHelpCentre does not constitute an automatic grant or issuance of any certificate, pension sanction, or government permit. All final approvals, validations, inquiries, and certificate deliveries rest exclusively with the designated competent government authorities (e.g., Tehsildar, SDO, District Collectorate, Discoms).
3Fee Structure & Operational Transparency
Any fees paid through this portal represent technical assistance fees, document scanning/compression costs, and platform support charges. Official government statutory fees (if applicable for specific certificates) are accounted for separately. Just Help Me Foundation levies a fixed ₹45 per unit transaction model to sustain infrastructure and customer support desks.
4Citizen Acknowledgment Slips
The acknowledgment receipts issued by JustHelpCentre are proof of procedural assistance rendered by the local center operator. They should not be misconstrued as official state government revenue receipts.
