1. Zero-Server Client-Side Document Processing
Unlike conventional portals that upload raw high-resolution citizen files to remote servers for resizing, JustHelpCentre utilizes client-side HTML5 Canvas processing. Images and documents selected in the document compressor are rendered and compressed directly inside your local browser memory. No temporary images are cached on external web servers.
2. Aadhaar & Sensitive Identity Masking
In strict adherence to UIDAI regulations and privacy guidelines, all 12-digit Aadhaar numbers collected during citizen assistance are automatically masked in the system interface and receipts (showing only the last 4 digits, e.g., XXXX-XXXX-9821).
3. Video KYC Data Storage & Encryption
Video KYC recordings captured for Center Operator onboarding are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. KYC recordings are accessed solely by authorized Just Help Me Foundation compliance auditors for fraud prevention and franchisee validation.
4. Financial Data Isolation (PoLP)
Sub-account operators created under a Master Center are isolated via the Principle of Least Privilege. Operators cannot inspect parent wallet balances, bank settlement accounts, or platform margin breakdowns.
